What is Raise Ready?
Raise Ready is HAM Agency's preparation for an investment raise. It builds a company's data room, financial model and investor story, and checks every figure against its source before anyone outside the company reads it. It runs as a weekend for a group of founders, or one to one as a project.
Is it a course?
No. Nobody teaches you what a data room is. You build yours, with people who do this for a living, and you leave with it finished.
Do you raise the money for us?
No. We build the data room, the model and the investor story, and we check every figure and claim. You raise. We're not authorised to advise on or arrange investments, and we don't.
Do you introduce us to investors?
No. We get the pack ready. Finding investors and approaching them is yours.
Is investment promised?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that a company will be funded, and we don't.
Do you take equity, or invest in the companies you work with?
No. No equity, and no investment from us.
Do you give tax or legal advice on SEIS and EIS?
No. We prepare the evidence and check it against the published scheme rules. Your accountant and your solicitor confirm the tax and legal position, and we flag every point that needs one of them.
What goes in an investor data room?
Company and legal documents, the accounts and the model, the cap table, intellectual property, commercial contracts, the team and the investor story, indexed so an investor can find anything fast. The index matters as much as the contents.
What do we need to bring?
Whatever exists: the deck, the accounts, the forecasts, the contracts, the cap table. Messy is fine. Finding the gaps is the first job.
What does it cost?
We don't publish prices. The price of the weekend comes with its dates. One to one is a fixed price for a written scope, agreed before anything starts.
