Raise Ready
What you leave with
Four things. All yours. All checked.
In short
Raise Ready builds four things before a raise: a numbered, indexed data room; a financial model that reconciles to the accounts; the investor story, meaning the deck and the account behind it; and a full check, where every number is traced to its source and anything that cannot be proved comes out.

This is the shape. The documents and the numbers are yours.
A folder of PDFs isn't a data room. An investor finds the gaps in minutes.
Yours is numbered and indexed. It opens with a reading guide, so someone new to the company knows where to start. It closes with a log of every question investors have asked and the answer given, so nobody answers the same question two ways.
- Company and legal documents.
- The accounts and the financial model.
- The cap table.
- Intellectual property.
- Commercial contracts.
- The team.
- The investor story.
The index matters as much as what's in it. HAM Agency's seed data room checklist is free.
The financial model
When the deck says one number and the accounts say another, the reader stops trusting both.
- It reconciles to your accounts.
- Every assumption is in plain sight and can be changed.
- The sensitivities are shown: move an assumption and see what happens.
- The numbers in the deck come out of the model, so the two agree.
The investor story
The deck is the short version. They'll ask for the long one.
- The deck.
- The account behind it: what the company does, what the money is for, what you've proved so far.
- A plan for each step, from the first call to close.
The check
Before anything goes out, we read the whole pack the way an investor's adviser would. Hostile, line by line.
- The numbers, against their source.
- The claims, against the evidence. A trade mark described as registered when it's still pending is the sort of thing this catches.
- The structure, against the rules it relies on. For SEIS and EIS we check the pack against the published scheme rules, and your accountant and solicitor confirm the position.
If we can't trace a number to a source, it comes out. We tell you what would put it back.
It's cheaper to hear it from us.
At the weekend
The weekend adds two things: a go-to-market plan you can actually run, and a short filmed pitch for the follow-up email.
